If you have a question or need help at any time while using Brandcast, there are a variety of options available to you: live chat support, knowledge base documentation, the community forum, and our in-app tutorials. You can also submit a ticket to our support system.
Help options are available via the "Help" menu on the top toolbar.
Live Chat Support
During working hours, you can get fast, interactive support from Brandcast design and technical consultants by selecting "Live Support Chat" from the "Help" menu, or by clicking the button at the bottom right of the screen:
Selecting this will open a messaging interface where you can type your request directly to Brandcast support staff.
Our support staff are available from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. While you're waiting for them to respond, our automated chat service may suggest some articles to you that it thinks might answer your questions.
