Q: Do you support custom objects?
A: Not at the moment, but we are looking to add this in a future release.
Q: Do your websites support mobile?
A: Yes. Templates designed using Brandcast are fully responsive and look and load great on all devices.
Q: How do I know who is opening my websites?
A: Currently we are not able to track WHO is viewing the websites, but we are looking to add this functionality soon.
Q: How is it priced?
A: Pricing is determined by the number of seats on Brandcast (for your designers), and on Salesforce (for your app users). There are no additional costs for integration, hosting, or storage of your websites.
Q: Is your platform secure?
A: Yes, we are used by many of the most demanding Fortune 500 companies across industries such as finance and healthcare. We don’t collect any private information from your customers. You can see our complete Information Security policies here.
Q: Can I embed “XXXXX” technology?
A: Most likely, yes. Just about anything with an embed code can be added to a Brandcast template via an embed component. Documentation can be found here.
Q: Can I add my own analytics?
A: Yes. We have a native Google Tag Manager integration that makes it easy to add any kind of tracking tag to your pages.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of websites I can publish?
Currently you can have one website at a time for each account and opportunity record in your Salesforce database, but there is no cap on publishing.
Q: I love this, how to I do more automation?
A: We have a set of APIs that you can use to automate your account. For API access please contact sales.
Q: What if I don’t have a designer to help create my templates?
A: We have a network of designers available or can help convert existing offline collateral for a one-time fee.
Q: What is Brandcast?
A: Brandcast is a private company founded in 2012. Our investors include Shasta Ventures, TPG Growth, and Marc Benioff. We are based in downtown San Francisco.
Q: Do you integrate with other Salesforce technologies?

Q: Can I make public marketing websites using Brandcast?
A: You sure can. Brandcast was designed for websites of all types. Our customers are using for everything from landing pages and campaigns, to event pages and microsites. To look at extending your Brandcast license, please contact sales.
